Who we are

What Lynxholm does

There is a lot of information about everyone online. Finding one piece is often easy. Knowing who it belongs to, whether it is true and what it means takes careful work.

That is what we do. We look at what others can find about you, or about an approved person or organisation. We check identities, test claims, map relevant connections and assess threats.

You learn what is known, what is uncertain and what it means for your decision. Not a pile of data, but clear answers you can act on.

If we cannot be sure, we say so.

How we work

Operating Principles

We work by mandate

A mandate is an agreed assignment. Every one starts with a clear question, a legitimate purpose and an agreed scope.

We check the evidence

We check sources, dates, context and who an account really belongs to. We separate what is proven from what is only suggested, and we say what is still uncertain.

We keep your matters private

No disclosure, no public naming of clients and no case studies. Information is shared only as needed for the assignment and with proper authorisation.

We stay lawful and proportionate

We collect only what is relevant to the approved requirement. We respect the rights and privacy of the people involved.

People make the judgement

Technology supports the work. An accountable analyst reviews every important finding and reports what the evidence supports, even when it challenges what you expected.

Questions

Common questions

Does writing to you cost anything?

No. Sending an enquiry costs nothing and does not commit you to anything. Work only starts after we both agree a written scope, fee and timeline.

What does it cost?

Every assignment has a fixed fee or an agreed budget, set in writing before any work starts. You see the price first and you never receive a surprise bill. If the work needs to grow, we ask you before going further.

How long does it take?

A standard assessment is usually ready within 5 working days. Larger investigations take longer, and we always agree the delivery date in writing before we begin. If your situation is urgent, tell us in your first message.

Will the person I ask about find out?

We do not contact the person or tell them about your request. We work only with lawful sources and we never hack accounts. Data protection law gives every person certain rights, which we respect, as our Privacy Notice explains.

Can you look into anyone I want?

No. Every assignment needs a legitimate purpose, such as protecting yourself or making an important decision. We refuse requests driven by curiosity, revenge, harassment or control.

What do you need from me?

Tell us what you need to understand, who or what it concerns, and what decision depends on it. We then confirm who you are, ask a few questions about the purpose and send you a written proposal.

What if you find nothing important?

Then we tell you so, clearly. Knowing that nothing worrying can be found is a useful and reassuring result.

Is it safe to send you details by email?

Please keep your first email short. Do not send passwords, login codes or highly sensitive documents by ordinary email. Once we agree to work together, we set up a secure way to share them.
